US Import Tolerances Granted in 2007 for Fenazaquin - In August of 2007 the US EPA granted residue import tolerances for the use of Fenazaquin on apples, pears and citrus crops imported into the United States. This will allow importation of these 3 commodities from any country using Fenazaquin for mite control in these commodities. This is part of the process of Gowan continuing to expand our global markets with this product. Fenazaquin is sold under the trade names Magister®, Matador®, Pride®, Pride Ultra®, Magus® , Demiton® and Turkoise® and is currently registered in about 60 countries globally.

Magister® (Fenazaquin) and Dicarzol® (Formetanate) in Myanmar
Dicarzol® (Formetanate) and Imidan® (Phosmet) gain Annex I Inclusion - Gowan’s carbamate insecticide Dicarzol (Formetanate) and organophosphate insecticide Imidan (Phosmet) have been voted for inclusion in Annex I by the European Union (EU) regulatory commission.
