Gowan’s carbamate insecticide Dicarzol (Formetanate) and organophosphate insecticide Imidan (Phosmet)have been voted for inclusion in Annex I by the European Union (EU) regulatory commission. Gowan looks forward to continued global support of these two very effective insecticides.
In separate votes over the last 2 months the EU regulatory commission has voted for inclusion in Annex I of the Gowan insecticides Dicarzol and Imidan. This inclusion vote allows the EU registration of both of these compounds for the next 10 years. With the continued reduction in available insecticides in the EU as a result of this extensive re-registration process for all pesticides, Gowan is pleased to be able to support the label and growth of both of these insecticide products. Gowan looks forward to support the global growth and sales of both Dicarzol and Imidan into the future.
