Tom Geise has been appointed the new president of Gowan Comércio Internacional e Serviços Limitada (GCIS). Tom will be responsible for the GCIS business around the globe, which includes all countries outside of the NAFTA region. In this role, he will be looking to expand the GCIS product portfolio while increasing the company’s geographic footprint.

Tom spent more than 30 years with Chemtura in various crop protection technical and business roles including global seed treatment and international business management. He was instrumental in building and leading an international organization which delivered substantial growth based on product line extension, geographic expansion and changing go to market strategies. Most recently he served as their crop protection division general manager.
